Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation in the email address you provide along with a PDF file that is your on-line ticket. You can print this ticket at any time, however, hold onto that email in case you need to re-print your ticket. Your printed ticket IS your eticket and will be scanned at the gates during the event.

To protect against fraud and counterfeit tickets you can print as many times as you would like but the first ticket through the gate will be the only ticket allowed in the show - each ticket has it's own individual bar code specific to that ticket. If you are found to have a counterfeit ticket, your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to purchase another ticket at the ticket booth in order to get into the event.

If you purchase a VIP package you will need to bring the printed eticket to either the Burlington Steamboat Days office at any time before the event, or to the ticket booth during the event, to redeem your actual VIP tickets. A photo i.d. will be required by the purchaser of the tickets to receive the actual tickets. THE PRINTED eTICKET IS NOT YOUR VIP TICKET.

This paper that you print off IS your ticket and will be scanned at the gates during the event.

If you lose the paper with your ticket, you can re-print it.
